I am a fully NY licensed Mental Health counselor. Within my practice I utilize and integrative and holistic-centered approach. I am certified in DBT and trained in structural dissociation, sensorimotor treatment, Mentalization-based treatment, Radically Open DBT, and for couple's therapy I utilize the Gottman method. I specialize in working with personality disorders, dissociative disorders, complex trauma, and couples, along with other mental health presentations. My decision to enter the mental health world was influenced by my own experience with trauma, grief and personality disorders. My approach is unique, in that I lead with both compassion and accountability to maximize clients' growth. I find that giving clients tools to take home with them is both helpful and implemental in reaching their treatment goals. I offer services for both Florida-based and New York-based clients.
